HomeBase Services ("HomeBase," "we," "us") is a licensed home services contractor providing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information submitted through this website. This site operates as part of the Ascend Web Platform drill program for development and demonstration purposes.
When you submit a service request, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, service address (if provided), property type, trade needed, urgency level, preferred timing, system age, request type, and the description of your issue.
We collect standard server logs and page-level analytics events (page views, form submission attempts). We do not use third-party tracking pixels, behavioral advertising, or fingerprinting.
Service requests are reviewed by our dispatch team — not by automated systems making authorization decisions.
If your service request involves an insurance claim (water damage, storm damage, etc.), we will route your inquiry to our insurance coordination team. We do not collect insurance policy numbers, claim numbers, or coverage details through this web form. Do not submit those through this form.
All submissions are screened for content that belongs in insurance, legal, medical, or financial regulated channels. Submissions referencing insurance claims, lawsuits, or claim disputes are routed to appropriate staff. This is a compliance safety control.
Service request submissions are retained under a short retention / human review label for quote and dispatch coordination. Once a service contract is established, records are retained per applicable contractor record-keeping requirements. Warranty records are retained for the warranty period plus one year.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with: (a) our dispatch and scheduling team; (b) licensed subcontractors performing permitted work — in which case they are bound to our privacy terms; (c) the Ascend Nexus platform for intake routing and audit; (d) regulators when required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under CCPA.
This site is served over HTTPS with Cloudflare security headers. Submissions are transmitted over TLS. Regulated content patterns (insurance claims, legal disputes) are screened at intake.
HomeBase Services is licensed and bonded in all states it operates. License numbers are disclosed in service agreements. This website does not constitute a service contract. All work requires written scope approval before commencement. Emergency response times are estimates and not contractually guaranteed.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date.
